Acceleration Baton Twirl Club

Acceleration Baton Twirl Club is a competitive twirl team.  What makes Acceleration unique is that it is a parent run organization - run by parents and a board of directors.  We are dedicated to the welfare of our children and to the success of the team as a whole.

Competitions

Competitions average one per month starting in December at the local level with one spring state and regional level competition.  A few of our members will end the 2008-2009 twirling year at the USTA National Championships in Arizona.

Team Fees

Team fees are based on the number of routines the twirler participates in along with a flat fee to Parks and Recreation, which covers our insurance and facility costs.  Competition fees are in addition to monthly dues.  There is a start up fee due at the beginning of each season per family, which covers operating costs.  Each twirler must join USTA at the start of the season.
